54 hours lecture per term. This course clarifies when and how to call for emergency medical help, eliminating the confusion that is frequently a factor in any emergency. This course emphasizes the importance of a safe, healthy lifestyle. The American Red Cross instructional outline will be followed. Students will be certified in both Standard First Aid and CPR.
