F Football - Offense

Catalog description

162 hours lab per term. This course is designed to give students the skills, proper knowledge, and mental preparation necessary to play collegiate football, specifically at the offensive position. Emphasis is placed on acquiring specific positions skill, while participating in a team environment. The students will be instructed on how to participate within the rules and safety procedures set forth by the NCAA and California Commission on Athletes (COA).
