Catalog description

180 hours lab per term. This course is designed for cheer and dance team members. The focus is on the skills required for a successful spirit squad individual and group. The class will emphasize the fundamentals of lifts, pom-pom and dance technique, choreography, competition, leadership skills, and crowd motivation.
