F Piano Ensemble

Catalog description

18 hours lecture and 18 hours lab per term. This course is designed to enhance ensemble-playing skills by focusing on rehearsal technique, balance, and hand coordination. Emphasis is on performing of standard and current duo pieces, four-hand literature, and pieces requiring more than two pianos and/or other instruments.
