Intermediate to advanced students taking this course will learn how to use English to advocate for themselves and their rights in the U.S. workplace. Students will learn about labor laws and self-advocacy skills such as reading and understanding their rights, recognizing unfair conditions, and acting when workers’ rights are violated.
