This advanced level ESL course builds students' public speaking skills, focusing on preparation, practice, presentation and evaluation of formal speaking. Students will learn the elements and organization of a speech, common types of speeches, verbal and nonverbal techniques in formal speaking, and the evaluation standards of speeches. (Apportionment)
