54 hours lecture per term. This course explores the evolution of leadership from a theoretical and philosophical perspective. Students will examine various leadership styles and their characteristics, the interplay of values and ethics in leadership roles, and practical aspects of effective leadership. It is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to exercise leadership in multiple roles throughout their lifetime with the intent of creating transformational change in their community.
