This course is an introduction to the formulation and implementation of human resource policy concerned with the major aspects of how an organization deals with its people: how it acquires them, utilizes them, rewards them, and separates them. Explores how the personnel functions integrate with the overall strategy of the firm in determining the success of the business. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
