An algebra-based general physics course designed for pre- professional and non-engineering majors. Concepts in mechanics, electricity, magnetism, heat, light, sound, and modern physics will be explored through extensive laboratory activities. POLITICAL SCIENCE The mission of the Political Science department is to provide students with a basic overview of the national and international political arenas so that students can better understand how government should work and how it actually does work in the real world.
