Catalog description

This course is designed for nursing students to help them effectively prepare for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) in their final semester. Emphasizing critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and test-taking strategies, the course will reinforce core nursing concepts from key areas of nursing practice. Through targeted activities, including focused discussions, practice questions, and test analysis, students will hone their test-taking skills and gain confidence in applying their knowledge to the test experience. The course will provide individualized feedback to help students identify their strengths and areas for review. By the end of the course, students will have the tools and strategies needed to confidently approach the NCLEX-RN and transition successfully into professional nursing practice.
