This course presents the principles, duties, and mechanics of criminal procedure as applied to important areas of arrest, force, search, and seizure. Study and evaluation of evidence and proof, kinds, degrees, admissibility, competence, and weight are also presented. Rules of evidence and procedure at the operational level in law enforcement are covered.
