This course affords students the ability to critically examine and evaluate the principles of the scientific method, model construction, and use the scientific method to explain natural experiences and phenomena through an overview of the biological structure, means of survival, propagation and distribution of plants, with emphasis on their relationship to the culture and diffusion of man through the world and his part in their development and improvement.
