Body, Self, World: Movement through Lived Experience

Catalog description

This course offers students the opportunity to transform thoughts into movement expression. Students will engage in movement-based experiences through a series of labs. Weekly discussions allow for discoveries about the mind-body connection through readings about phenomenology and somatic practices, including how these are applied to styles and concepts from the Western canon.
