Catalog description

To help students to understand the principles and practices of residential land development. This course introduces students to the nomenclature and process of developing real property. This includes basic library and computer research techniques, demographic analysis of Census data, market analysis and capture ratios, the political review process, design development and engineering, conceptual cost estimates, and the cash flow associated with the analysis of financial feasibility.
