Provides instruction to students on the writing process with a focus on grammar and syntax. Reviews grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation rules, and developing paragraphs into essays to prepare for higher-level courses. Required for students with placement test scores below 30. Requirement(s): Credit cannot be applied toward any Florida Tech degree
