Catalog description

The theoretical background and methods for observing gamma rays, x-rays, high energy electrons and heavy particles, cosmic rays, neutrons and gravitational waves from both spacecraft and Earth. Recommended: Background knowledge in thermodynamics and statistical mechanics equivalent to PHY 3060 Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory and Statistical Mechanics . Prerequisite: PHY 5017 , and ( SPS 4025 or SPS 5020 )
