Provides an in-depth examination of neurodegenerative disease processes affecting the elderly. Includes neurocognitive, behavioral, psychiatric, neuroanatomical and neuropathological changes. Also covers common general medical and psychological issues in geriatrics, and their impact on emotional, physical and cognitive health. Corequisite: PSY 5105
