Brings together theories of group and team development and team leadership to identify effective interventions and processes for leading diverse teams in the workplace. Analyzes critical antecedents to, barriers to, interventions for and consequences of effective leadership in diverse, multicultural, multidisciplinary and/or virtual work teams. Prerequisite: PSY 5117 and PSY 5119 and ( PSY 5118 or BUS 5450 or MGT 5013 )
