Catalog description

Covers the scientific principles, theories and research about learning in both humans and other animals. Examines the learning process and how organisms acquire, modify and retain behaviors over time through an evolutionary perspective. Topics include classical and operant conditioning, observational learning, and cognitive and social influences on learning. Prerequisite: PSY 2512 or MAR 2801
