Examines crisis and conflict resolution in interpersonal and organizational contexts. Uses theory from behavioral and social sciences to assess, manage and resolve crisis and conflict situations in a criminal justice environment. Includes nature of and responses to crisis and conflict and strategies for resolving them. Minimum student level: third year Prerequisite: CRM 3012 or PSY 3012
