Provides analytical and computational methods for solving partial differential equations (PDEs), analysis of obtained solutions with applications to modeling problems. Includes solutions by separation of variables, integral transforms, special functions, the Fourier series, visualization methods, and approximations by various numerical approaches. Prerequisite: MTH 2010 and MTH 3200
