Develops students’ capacity for ethical and professional conduct in medicine, biomedical science, and health care through an interactive study of moral theory and case studies of moral dilemmas in biomedical research and clinical practice. Covers professional codes of medical ethics and requires students to resolve moral dilemmas in biomedicine through the application of moral theories and ethical codes.
