Offers an advanced exploration of artificial intelligence (AI) through independent study and project development. Students design and implement an original AI project while examining current developments in AI technology, considering implications for society and applying ethical frameworks to AI development and deployment. Emphasizes practical applications and responsible AI development. Prerequisite: HUM 3572 or MTH 2221 May be repeated for credit provided that the content is different.
