Catalog description

Examines the algorithms, mathematical foundations and theory for cryptography approaches. Explores cryptographic hashing, symmetric-key, public key and pseudorandom number generation algorithms. Introduces zero-knowledge proofs and post-quantum cryptography. Explores the trade-offs and weaknesses in specific algorithms. May be repeated once for credit.
