Provides basic knowledge of building mechanical systems, and methods to estimate, install and verify the systems. Covers basic engineering principles of design associated with mechanical systems. Includes understanding of codes and the principles of design and materials used in the construction of plumbing, HVAC and transportation systems. Minimum student level - junior Prerequisite: PHY 1001 or PHY 1999
