Explores the end-to-end process of managing analytics and AI/ML deployments within organizations, focusing on strategy, implementation and real-world challenges. Through case studies and a hands-on group project, students develop practical skills to design effective AI strategies, navigate deployment obstacles and make informed business decisions. Must be taken in the final semester before graduation. Prerequisite: BUS 5631 and BUS 5632
