Catalog description

Presents the interdisciplinary principles of medical imaging techniques such as diagnostic ultrasound, radiography, x-ray computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Includes the physical principles, noise modeling and signal processing for each imaging modality. Prerequisite: ( MTH 2201 or MTH 3200 ) and MTH 2401
