Provides students with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in the entire pipeline from ideation to development to commercialization of medical technology solutions. Classroom lectures are complemented by expert guest seminars and a semester-long project on which students work with clinical partners in developing a technological solution for a real-world clinical need. Prerequisite: BME 3240 Note: Students from disciplines other than BME may take the course with the instructor’s approval Corequisite: BME 3240
