Catalog description

- 6 Focuses on the isolation, characterization and screening of nucleic acids and proteins, especially from biomedical model organisms, through hands-on lab work using state-of-the-art biotechnology techniques. May include microbial isolation, extraction preparation, bioassays, biochemical structure determination, confocal microscopy, ultrasonography and drug screening. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 credit hours
