Catalog description

Provides aviation, safety and engineering professionals with a fundamental understanding of safety and hazard analysis methods employed in aerospace, airlines and other safety-critical domains. Encompasses the causes of accidents, safety-driven design methods, the design of human-automation interactions and the integration of safety into the system engineering process. Introduces a variety of safety methods and provides a foundation for safety management, safety program development, team performance analysis and personnel resource management. Recommended: Background knowledge equivalent to AVT 4301 Aviation Safety
