Catalog description

Introduces kinematics and dynamics for rigid body motion. Covers Euler angles, quaternion attitude description, 1- and 3-axis determination, torque-free motion, spin stabilization, gyroscopic control, gravity gradients, linear systems analysis, nonlinear stability theorems of Lyapunov, and vibrations and control of flexible space structures. Prerequisite: AEE 4014 or MEE 4014
