This is a hands on laboratory that provides guidance patient preparation, and positioning for different sonographic procedures. Emphasis is place on preparation of the scanning environment to different scenarios within a clinical setting. Equipment preparation, sterile technique and proper supplies required for surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Patient assessment and vital signs are addressed and refreshed at this time.
