Mechanical Ventilation I

Catalog description

This course describes the techniques and hazards of artificial ventilation including IPPB, IMV, CPAP, and PEEP. The principles and operation of all commonly used ventilators are emphasized. This course will also allow the student to develop the necessary skill required to manage the ventilators most frequently used for life support, and for therapeutic modalities.
