This course will introduce the student to the techniques of legal research with an emphasis on the research of a case law as it relates to the specific issue. Topics covered include: problem analysis, resource materials, research techniques, presentation of research, writing memoranda, and writing legal briefs. The emphasis of this course will be on research.
