Catalog description

This course builds upon the basics of learning theory and teaching methods learned in prior coursework and applies them to the context of physical therapist assistant education. This course prepares students to work within the higher education context particularly in a physical therapist assistant program. This course includes discussion of NPTE content, CAPTE standards, and the APTAs Minimum Required Skills for the PTA.
