Catalog description

This is a survey course that examines the interrelationships between living organisms and their physical environment. Instruction includes an overview of animal and plant physiology, chemical cycles and the various ecosystems on earth. Present day ecological problems are discussed, along with ecological aspects of humans and the implications for the future.
