Catalog description
After completing this course, the student will be able to examine the branches of the federal government known as federal administrative agencies and practices. Students will apply major administrative law doctrines to represent federal, state, and local governmental agencies and clients in the private business sector. They will also develop, approve, implement, and evaluate policies, and apply data analysis, research, and design methods to scholarly research on policy, administrative, and management issues.
