Catalog description

After completing this course, the student will be able to assess processes, tools, and methods used in financial planning and control of public entities, with a focus on the utilization of critical performance indicators deployed over agency budgets and lifecycles. The student will be able to analyze the impact of public policy on public financing. The student will learn about basic government financing mechanisms and their implications.
