Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to appraise the process of implementation, operation, and termination of a project. Explore project possibilities for obtaining funds for the delivery of services under general government contracts. We will discuss project selection, organizational capability, budgeting, and project evaluation. We will also discuss the process of proposal writing.
