Advanced Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Decision Making

Catalog description

This course prepares the students for psychiatric mental nurse practitioner role to analyze internal and external clinical decision-making and utilization of evidence for best clinical practices in a variety of psychiatric mental health settings. The course provides the student an opportunity to utilize models, processes and theoretical frameworks of decision making as a foundation for leadership activities within a variation of psychiatric health settings.
