Catalog description

After a first aid and CPR instruction, and HIV-OSHA seminar, the student applies knowledge and skills obtained through the program to actual work situations. The student is placed at a medical office or other health care facility for a training experience and on-the-job performance evaluation and must complete 175 hours of externship.
