Catalog description

This course integrates the student's prior courses with theoretical and practical knowledge-based case studies, research, and applications in various organizations. The Capsim interactive simulation program guides students through the complete, integrated product development, production, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations management processes to provide students with "hands-on" management exposure. Instructors work closely with students individually to support their strategic and tactical planning and its implementation in their integrated virtual companies. Prerequisite: Completion of all lower-level coursework.
