Catalog description

This course provides the student with a survey of the concepts, tools, and applications in the field of operations management, such as product and service design, the role of forecasting, the steps in capacity planning and scheduling, quality control, and supply chain management as applied to competitive, strategic, and productivity issues in both manufacturing and service organizations. Prerequisite: Completion of all lower-level coursework.
