Catalog description

This course gives the student an understanding of management principles for supervisors and managers. The course uses planning, organizational, staffing, and people skills training to understand the principles of motivation, leadership, change, and performance management necessary to succeed in today's work environment. Prerequisite: Completion of all lower-level coursework.
