AI and Business Processes

Catalog description

This course will give students an understanding of the creativity and innovation needed to identify beneficial artificial intelligence opportunities within a firm or organization. This course enables students to apply AI tools for improving business processes and fostering innovation, benefiting organizations by conducting a cost-benefit analysis that enhances efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improving managers' decision-making skills. Students will identify AI tools for process improvement and suggest an AI plan for problem-solving business processes that includes assessment, communicating expectations to leadership, and educating about the impacts of the AI plan on business process efficiency and effectiveness.
