In this course, the students apply the principles of how information systems are strategically utilized to enhance healthcare delivery from a managerial perspective. Students will explore the diverse landscape of healthcare information systems, understanding their crucial roles in both clinical and administrative environments. Through a combination of theoretical concepts and real-world case studies, participants will acquire a deep understanding of how information technology can be integrated to optimize processes, enhance patient care outcomes, and ensure alignment with ethical, legal, and social considerations within the healthcare sector.
