Catalog description

This course provides the student with a survey of the basic concepts in strategic management and, through extensive use of case studies, an understanding of how the preparation, implementation, and management of strategic plans are applied in traditional organizations as well as those based on electronic commerce and operating in the global economy. Prerequisite: All bachelor-level coursework.
