Catalog description

This course introduces students to the application of CAD software (Computer Aided Design) for 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional technical drawings. Focused instruction is placed on command structure, setting units of measurement, dimensioning, drafting primitives, layering, and the use of editing tools. The creation of solids by revolution and extrusion is also introduced.
