Catalog description

This course provides the students with an understanding of ethical responsibilities for behavior analysis together with the necessary skills for assessing and problem-solving related to the dilemmas found in the field of behavior analysis. It will provide the students with an evidence based staff training necessary to understand the principles necessary for supervision in the field of Behavior Analysis. The course uses training in planning, organizational, communication and people skills as a foundation for understanding the principles of motivation, leadership, change and performance necessary to succeed in the assessment, planning, intervention and treatment of clients with needs of their services.
