Catalog description

This course introduces students to the core experimental foundations of behavior analysis. Students learn how basic research shapes our understanding of operant and respondent processes, schedules of reinforcement, stimulus control, and other behavioral principles. Emphasis is placed on primary-source laboratory findings with both human-operant and nonhuman subjects. Students will learn how these findings inform the development of principles later applied in clinical and educational settings.
